The Series S-4 Weatherproof Surface Temperature Assembly is designed for applications in unconditioned environments where the unit may be subjected to dust, condensation, oil, vapor and other contaminants. The rugged steel enclosure meets NEMA 4 (IP-65) requirements. The Series S-4 includes a fast response brass, Pt 100O or Pt 1000O contact sensor. The sensor is insulated from the enclosure to provide accurate pipe surface temperature measurement. The assembly includes a mounting bracket for quick installation.
